I genuinely care about people, and I feel fortunate to have a natural ability to build meaningful connections. What strengthens my practice is that I consistently see hope—even in difficult situations. I see people through their strengths; I see what’s possible, and what’s positive.
It is a profound privilege to walk alongside someone as a listening partner, supporting them as they discover what exists beyond the barriers they’ve felt in their way.
It would be my honour to create a safe space with you and to support you in uncovering what’s possible as you move forward in your life and circumstances.

Sessions take place in a series over a scheduled timeframe. Sessions are virtual on the Zoom platform, or phone sessions are available by request.
Resource information is offered at the end of the sessions. Motivational check-ins provided between sessions via text or email.
